  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job overview:

We are collaborating with a leading global real estate agency with offices worldwide in over 20+ countries. Currently they’re looking to onboard a Project Admin Executive to join their expanding team in Bayan Lepas, Penang.

Responsibilities:

· To assist in project procurement, project sales, productivity, profitability in helping company to reach goals and objectives.

· To build and management long term relationship and partnership with key target clients.

· To follow up on project and be the middle person of contact between developers, company and agents.

· To plan project training programs accordingly.

· To conduct continuing project trainings to new and existing agents.

· To develop, prepare, coordinate presentations and proposals to existing or new clients.

Requirements to succeed:

· Possess a bachelor’s degree of Business Administration / Project Management / Business Management or equivalent.

· Preferably able to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

· Good interpersonal skills, dependable and hardworking.

· Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.

· Fresh grads are welcome! (On job training is provided)
