Job description among others:

(a)Strategise the company’s retail regional distribution and trade marketing strategy;

(b) Plan, forecast and set targets for distributors and direct accounts in all countries;

(c) Execute the company's national campaign, track promotion effectiveness and growth

priorities;

(d) Continuously review high-growth distribution expansion plan with goals to improve

existing retail performance and enter new retail channels;

(e) Conduct market research to identify suitable new markets for Amazin’ Graze and

evaluate the feasibility of entering into these new markets;

(f) Create market-specific business plans in collaboration with distributors to identify best

products for entry, brand positioning, price positioning, suitable sales channels, good

sell through rate as well as branding & marketing plan to ensure successful brand entry

and sales growth while ensuring profitability;

(g) Develop and maintain trusting & professional relationship with existing distributors and

HORECA customers in order to follow closely Amazin’ Graze’s progress in these

markets and drive long term business success for both parties;

(h) Identify, evaluate and reach out to potential distributors, corporate and HORECA leads;

(i) Negotiate key distribution terms with potential partners, finalise distribution agreement

and onboard new distributors to facilitate purchase orders;

(j) Attend relevant international trade shows and conventions;

(k) Leading and scaling the Company’s export market;

(l) Establish and review policies for international sales contracts, trading terms, product

registration and operational standards and procedures;

(m) Prepare the commercial team’s Key Performance Indicators, targets, policies in order

to create accountability with appropriate metrics that coordinate compensation and

career advancement for employees;

(n) Define and monitor trade spend per customer and forecast information on pricing and

trade spend to the Company. Also to flag exceptions and proactively ask for approval to

manage deals outside of the defined bandwidth;

(o) Coordinate and work closely with the internal Production, QA, Fulfilment teams on,

among others, demand planning, export requirements, delivery lead time, packaging

planning etc;

(p) Prepare periodic sales reports and market analysis to management in order to identify

key insights and facilitate decision making.

(q) Any other projects and tasks as reasonably required by the Company.

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience working in the FMCG industry either for food or beverage products, personal care products or household products is highly preferred.
  • Advanced Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant discipline is preferred.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Experience and familiar with key account’s policies and practices at modern trade.
  • Experience in leading sales forces, promoters or merchandiser.
  • Good analytical skills and advanced in Microsoft Excel.
  • High-level communication skills and proven ability for business negotiation.
  • Good in critical thinking when approach matters.
  • Result-oriented and strive to exceed expectations.
