Job Responsibilities 工作职责 Responsible on cash flow control for the project 负责项目现金流控制 Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors on invoices and payments issues 与供应商和分包商讨论发票和付款问题 Sorting and matching Delivery Orders (DO) to invoices 将交货单与发票进行排序和匹配 Reconcile monthly transactions and balance to supplier statement before preparing payment plan 在编制付款计划前,核对每月交易和余额与供应商对账单 In charge of handling Account Payable transaction, such as issuing payment voucher, cheque and online payment 负责应付账款业务,如发放付款凭证、支票、网上支付等。 Liaise with bankers when necessary 必要时与银行人员联络 Ensure proper filing of all accounts payable documents 确保所有应付账款文件的正确归档 Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors 履行上级指定的其他临时职责 Job Requirements 工作需求 Posses at least Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent 至少拥有财务/会计或同等学历的证书/文凭/学位 Working experience in building and construction projects will be an added advantage 拥有建筑和施工项目经验将是一个额外的优势 Minimum of 1 year working experience in related field 至少1年相关领域工作经验 Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office 所需技能:Microsoft Office Required language(s): English, Mandarin (Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking contractors) 精通英语和华语将是一个额外的优势(候选人精通普通话优先考虑,因为该职位要求候选人与讲普通话的承包商打交道) Good follow up and organizing skills 良好的跟进和组织技巧 Fresh graduate are welcome to apply 欢迎应届毕业生申请
