Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and emphatic Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support through various channels. You will assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that customers have a positive experience with our products / services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services to offer accurate information and support to customers.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Document and update customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
  • Identify and report on recurring customer issues to help improve products and services.
  • Assist in creating and updating customer support documentation and resources.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Min requirement of Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or any related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and CRM software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently self-motivated and proficient in time management.
