Job Responsibility
- Directs, supervises and assigns warehouse employees
- Assists with selection, supervision and training of warehouse workers. Evaluate performance and verifies correctness of employee time cards
- Directs warehouse activities (e.g, ordering, receiving and unloading shipments, processing records, preparing and distributing reports and other documentation, establishing and coordinating policies, assisting with vendor contracts).
- Verifies price, quality and item numbers for received items. Records and maintains receiving and inventory data. Clears incoming freights for payment
- schedules and arranges deliveries and shipments, coordinating schedules. Prepare related documentation. Assists with pulling of orders and monitoring of order accuracy
- Assists with preparation and checking of reports, schedules, invoices, forms and other required warehouse documentation
- Assists with inventory control and resolves inventory discrepancies
- Tracks pull dates and monitor for overstocks
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain a high level of productivity and safety
- Understand and monitor Sales Counter Processing
- Possess at least a recognized Diploma or equivalent
- At least 4-5 years of working experience in the logistic, warehouse or supply chain is required for this position
- Desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and able to handle stressful conditions
- Required language(s): Mandarin & English
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with Import & Export process
- Familiar with Local & International custom duties
- Familiar with Harmonized System (HS) Code
