  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior IT Executive located in Cyberjaya. The Senior IT Executive will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, managing network administration, overseeing IT operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the company's IT systems.

Requirements:

  • At least a Degree holder in Advertising/ Media/ Graphic Design/ Industrial Design/ Multimedia or equivalent.
  • Preferably candidate that specialised in Art/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Demonstrated skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign, knowledge of After Effect, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Proven experience (2 years) in a senior IT management role.
  • Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the company’s website, including updates, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
  • Manage website content, ensuring it is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with company branding and marketing strategies.
  • Videography: Plan, shoot, and capture high-quality video footage, ensuring all technical aspects (lighting, sound, framing) are executed to a professional standard
  • Editing: Edit raw footage into polished videos, including cutting, color grading, sound mixing, and adding visual effects and graphics.
  • Manage cloud services and virtualization platforms.
  • Conceptualize and Create: Develop creative concepts and storyboards for video projects in collaboration with the marketing and content teams.
  • Day-to-day management of developing creative, high-quality, informative, and engaging content for all social media platforms and website
  • Required to oversee or directly contribute to the design of digital assets such as posters or other IT-related creative tasks.
  • Utilize IT tools to blast promotional messages via WhatsApp and other digital platforms.
  • Lead IT initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance (networks, servers, systems).
  • Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems.
