Talent management and development are the cornerstone of our operations. We are continuously scouting for the right talents to fill up the roles as Senior Executive, Recovery Asset Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Rescheduling & Restructuring/ Turnaround
  1. To manage and execute recovery via rescheduling/ restructuring/ workout exercise for viable and potential accounts to be turned around;
  2. To review and analyze impaired accounts under portfolio periodically and to determine the best course of actions to rehabilitate the accounts;
  3. To prepare proposal memos for rescheduling/ restructuring/ workout programs for approval of relevant level of authorities (LOA);
  • Recovery & Legal Action;
  1. To proceed with litigation and foreclosure actions if avenues for rehabilitation/workout program did not materialize;
  2. To manage, maximize and expedite collections for accounts under portfolio;
  • Annual Review
  1. To prepare proposal for Annual Review for approval of relevant level of authorities (LOA);
  2. To review collateral/ security arrangement and on best effort basis to reduce incidents of having to provide impaired provision for bad debts.
  • Reporting
  1. Updating the following reports;
  2. FIC’s matters arising; weekly basis;
  3. BFIC and EARC, top 30 impaired;
  4. Task force; and
  5. Portfolio updating to Head, Asset Remedial.
  • Identify the most appropriate actions to be taken for accounts under portfolio to maximize recovery;
  • Implement and execute rehabilitation/workout plans on impaired accounts under portfolio including but not limited to restructuring, rescheduling, negotiated settlement, arrangement of payment in order to maximize recovery;
  • Implement and execute workout plans to maximize recovery of impaired accounts under portfolio;
  • To compile data and information and prepare financial reports as required by the respective parties and management on monthly basis or as and when required; and
  • To prepare Annual Review timely as per AWAS.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in relevant fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in related industries; with good professional ethics and occupational track records.
  • Skills and knowledge in credit analysis and recovery.
  • Analytical, communication and listening skills.
  • Computer skills.
  • Legal knowledge.
  • Understanding of general economic trend.
  • Understanding of various type of financing facilities.
