Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Project/Product Manager with a good background in hospital services and/or healthcare products. The ideal candidate will oversee the development, implementation, and management of healthcare applications and services, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects, from conception to launch, aligning with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage product development and project timelines for healthcare products and applications.
  2. Collaborate with medical professionals, developers, operations, sales and marketing teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  3. Develop and implement strategies that align with company goals and market demands.
  4. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  5. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive analysis and competitor activities.
  6. Develop and manage applications and product roadmaps.
  7. Monitor and report on project progress, identify potential risks and resolving issues as they arise or implement mitigation strategies.
  8. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  9. Interface with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and other key stakeholders.
  11. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s/master’s degree in healthcare management, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project or product management within relevant industries.
  3. Strong knowledge of healthcare products, services, and hospital operations.
  4. Strong proficiency in English, Malay and Mandarin is a plus.
  5. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  6. Prior experience in product management or R&D within the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
  7. Healthcare professionals without any other background are welcome to apply.
