HYGR is seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to drive our digital presence and engage with our growing community on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and more. As part of the HYGR team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting our brand story, building relationships with our audience, and amplifying our sustainable mission across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy: Create and implement a cohesive content strategy that aligns with HYGR's brand values and goals. Ensure consistent posting across all social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Content Creation & Curation: Collaborate with the content team to develop visually engaging and on-brand posts, videos, and stories. Plan and schedule content, ensuring relevance and timeliness.
  • Community Management: Foster engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner. Actively engage with followers and build relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and partners.
  • Monitor Social Media Trends: Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. Identify opportunities for viral content and innovative campaigns that resonate with our audience.
  • Analyze and Report Performance: Track and report on key social media metrics (engagement, growth, reach, and conversion). Use insights to optimize future content and drive continuous improvement.
  • Paid Social Campaigns: Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to boost reach, increase conversions, and grow brand awareness.
  • Reputation Management: Address customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews. Proactively manage and maintain the brand's positive online reputation.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing goals and product launches.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) managing social media platforms for a brand, preferably in the personal care, lifestyle, or sustainability space. (not compulsory but it a big bonus :) )
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and other major social media platforms, including trends, best practices, and algorithms.
  • Excellent content creation skills, with experience in graphic design, video production, or copywriting being a plus.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for engaging with communities and influencers.
  • Passionate about sustainability and promoting eco-friendly practices through innovative digital marketing.
