Job Description

  • Experience designing and leading the development and execution of personalized direct communication programs at scale through email channel and other channels (onsite, push, in-app, SMS, digital advertising, sales reps, etc).
  • End to end campaign management and delivery using Marketing Automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including - planning, development, execution and performance - processes with internal and external parties involved, supervision and development of platform operation, management of campaign execution and automation resources and agency, best practices and budget
  • Experience creating highly responsive direct customer and communications. On direct marketing, on brand, on channel best practices with unique combination of creativity and effectiveness. Design background a plus. Master email marketing communications, comfortable writing and/or reviewing copy, HTML and AMP script knowledge is must.
  • Handling multiple stakeholders across functions, geographies, and skills, combined with a business focused outlook.
  • Strong data-driven mindset, with experience with SQL, with experience in campaign analytics and performance measurement. An understanding of data integration, data feeds and automation to enable campaign automation & personalization.
  • Experience working with data analytics and post-campaign reporting to support the development and automation of dashboards, campaign analysis and stakeholder reporting.

Technical Skills:

In this role you will support the development and execution of APJ Customer Communication Programs and Automations. You will play a hands-on role in building customer journeys and data automations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and contributing to the management and support of the Client, customer lifecycle journey, including but not limited to the deployment of new triggered campaigns and highly personalized multi-channel programs to enhance Client, customer experiences.

With an objective of growing client engaged customer base, you will work closely with stakeholders within the International Customer Management team (platform, analytics, CRM leads) as well as local business partners, to develop an ecosystem of automated touchpoints for APJ customers.

You will join the International Customer Management team responsible for customer strategy, base value, monetization, and brand consideration. As part of Digital Direct organization, you will support strategic direct to customers transformation.

  • Performing day-to-day management and implementation of the marketing automation functions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Build and implementation of multi-channel campaigns including Email, Push, SMS, Advertising Audiences, and form/webpage creation through Cloud Pages
  • Act as the internal SME and advocate for CRM, Marketing Automation and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Maintain SFMC in APJ instance and processes to ensure data integrity and efficiency
  • Build, test, deploy and execute highly personalized emails through end-to-end testing, HTML, and AMP script
  • Assist campaign specialists and stakeholders by troubleshooting issues with daily automations, campaign development queries, data complexities using SQL, as well as those identified during campaign build and testing
  • Provide recommendations and improvements to generate increased performance from core KPIs such as acquisition and revenue drivers
  • Implementation of testing and optimization strategies to provide recommendations and drive continuous improvements
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and adopt cross collaboration across other relevant teams, functional areas, and external vendors
  • Digital marketing - hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio and Content Builder
  • Advocate customer communication triggers and programs and have a knack for marrying customer data, marketing technology and business/customer needs to create a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Comfortable with complexities, enjoy working with multiple stakeholders and have the confidence to clearly communicate and drive discussions.
