Job Description

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to regional markets, driving brand awareness and student engagement across various platforms. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive 360-degree marketing plan for the SEA region
  • Oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns, to drive student engagement
  • Manage the creation and localization of content across channels, including website, blogs, newsletters, social media, and paid ads
  • Drive lead generation efforts by creating targeted campaigns to attract prospective students across the SEA region
  • Plan and execute both virtual and in-person events, including webinars, education fairs, workshops, and conferences, to engage prospective students and partners
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and optimize campaigns for improved performance and efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Min 10yrs exp in 360 Marketing, in education industry or professional services industry
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English is essential, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Experience leading and mentoring teams, with excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Candidates who can start immediately or have a short notice period are preferred
