Corporate Planning Manager

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve long-term organizational goals and objectives. Collaborate closely with executives and managers to develop strategic goals for the organization to align planning efforts with overall corporate strategy.  Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, changing market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats to the organization's growth and competitiveness.  Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for ongoing monitoring of departmental and organizational performance. Provide regular reports and analysis to the Global CEO and top management.  Collaboration and Coordination: Develop strong relationships and collaborate effectively with sales departments, ensuring alignment of strategic objectives and cross-functional coordination to maximize organizational goals.  Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvement opportunities, resourceplanning, and propose and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality within the corporate planning function.  Perform additional assignments as per managements’ direction.
