Sales Representative (Mandarin)
1. Based on department goals, customize your own sales goals every month and complete monthly targets according to the goals;
2. Explore the potential needs of high sea users, provide timely and professional services to each user, and form an integrated customer service and sales;
3. Maintain and develop each assigned customer with a positive and responsible service attitude and professional knowledge reserve;
4. Provide timely feedback on abnormal situations, handle user inquiries in a timely manner, and serve as an effective bridge for communication between the platform and customers;
5. Analyze and summarize the work process and suggestions made by users, and provide timely feedback;
6. Cooperate across departments, actively cooperate with assistance and solve problems;

- Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin communication skillsto liase with stakeholders.
- Applicants with more than 1 year of sales experience, and those with relevant experience in Internet sales are preferred;
- Have strong customer communication and negotiation skills, and skilled customer relationship mining and in-depth capabilities;
- Have good learning ability, execution ability, pressure resistance, strong sense of responsibility and patience;
