  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Logistic Coordinator ( Immediate Hiring)

Tenure: 11 months - Renewable basis

Working Location: Damanasara Uptown, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Working Hour: Standard

Salary : RM 3200 – RM 4500

Job Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on import documents Converting Factory and suppliers.
  • Validate import documents and advise on any discrepancies Converting Factory and suppliers; follow up for amendments.
  • Ensure all import documents are compiled post-shipment departure for all converting factories.
  • Draft K1/import documents and check for discrepancies before submission to customs.
  • Update MIDA and SST information in respective files daily. (NA for SG market)
  • Follow up with logistics providers to process import entry.
  • Share TPI invoice with destination LSP team for clearance under DDP incoterm.
  • Request TPM invoice for CS team and share with destination LSP team for clearance under DAP incoterm. (NA for SG market)
  • Receive delivery schedule from customers and create delivery plan at least 2-3 days after arrival date.
  • Send delivery plan to transport team; confirm truck booking with transport team.
  • Send packing list and COA certificate to customers 2 days before delivery.
  • Monitor and circulate Daily Shipping Report (DSR) to TPM team and SCCT team daily.
  • Inform Philippines Logistics/CSE of any late deliveries and escalate immediately.
  • Immediately report any irregularities in cargo to Logistics/CSE for disposition.

Job requirement:

  • Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in logistics coordination, import/export documentation, or customs clearance

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
