Responsibilities:
- Maintain consistently high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct client product training sessions.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Aim for first-contact resolution.
- Collaborate with the support team for issue escalation and resolution.
- Cultivate positive relationships with customers.
Working Hours: Day Shift, Swing Shift & Midnight Shift
- Day Shift : 8 AM to 5 PM
- Swing Shift: 2 PM to 11 PM
- Midnight shifts: 11 PM to 8 AM
- Rotating Schedule: Work for four consecutive days, alternating between day shifts, evening shifts, or midnight shifts, followed by two days off.
Holiday Entitlement:
- Earn Off In Lieu (OIL) for working on public holidays
