Job Responsibilities
- Help build and execute company strategies that align with our big goals.
- Work closely with senior leadership to drive projects and share insights.
- Research industry trends, market shifts, and competitors to find opportunities.
- Present your findings in creative, easy-to-understand ways that shape business decisions.
- Keep track of our strategic initiatives and make sure things get done on time.
- A Bachelor’s Degree (Economics, Business, Finance, Actuarial Science, etc.).
- 3-4 years of experience in business strategy, consulting, finance, or project management.
- Tech-savvy with skills in Excel, PowerPoint (Power BI is a bonus!).
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Great communicator who can present ideas clearly and creatively.
- A self-starter who loves a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
