Responsibilities

  • Creation of footwear and sundry billing documents from varied types of billing instructions.
  • To manage billing schedules automatically generating footwear billing.
  • To initiate creation of footwear billing.
  • To ensure that all billing documents created comply with legal legislations, worldwide customs, and excise regulations and with Clarks policies, controls, and service level agreements.
  • Liaising with internal and external individuals, departments, or companies to resolve queries and non- compliance with all internal and external regulations.
  • Provide information for month end financials provisions.
  • Obtaining export documents for the movement and clearance of footwear dispatches.
  • To provide training on billing processes where all members in the billing team are competent in every billing process. In addition, external departments and individuals understand the billing requirements and therefore produce accurate billing requests.
  • Involvement in business and information technology (IT) projects affecting billing delivering business benefit through successful implementation.
  • Create and maintain proper documentations on records keeping.
  • To provide varied administrative support to shared service manager. This include but not limited to the production of standard letters, spreadsheet analysis, to name a few.
  • Any other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

Experience

  • Min. 2 years of relevant work experience in Finance shared service environment in Billing team covering countries in Asia Pacific.
  • Min. Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or other relevant equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in working closely virtually with others in another location.
  • Exposure in the practice of continuous process improvement.
  • Proven track record in meeting shared service centre’s key performance indicators and metrics.
  • Proven track record in performing work assigned with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to follow processes and use judgement within defined procedures.
  • Ability to navigate within ambiguity environment with high learning agility.
  • Strong follow-up skills.
  • Highly organised and ability to work within tight timeframes.
