Position Purpose:

As the Regional Assistant Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the approved 360 marketing strategy. You will work closely with the assigned markets, cross functional teams to ensure the brand objectives are met. You will also support and assist the Regional General Manager in all areas of marketing.




Main Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work with Regional General Manager and assigned brand partners to implement key focus of marketing calendars, global PR & influencer direction, driving strategic plans & local initiatives to support launches and sustain core collection retail performance across assigned markets.
  • To be responsible of regional marketing P&L, all 360-marketing related reporting to include, EMV, post event activation, advertising and promotion spend.
  • Forging and continuing strong relations with assigned markets brand leads whilst devising new opportunities to forge productive relations & relevant partnership activation aim to meet marketing and commercials targets.
  • Managing production and activation of in person & digital events in accord to assigned brands guideline and expectations.
  • Ensure a robust understanding of the value of influencers and press through the available analytics tools aim to improve performance & tactics.
  • To achieve/maintain assigned EMV targets across influencers and press.
  • Develop & grow assigned brands and markets influencer database to include forward thinking, new content creators.
  • Retain & build strong, productive press list to drive ongoing features, interviews and product placement across markets.
  • Continuously address the ever-changing trends to ensure Influencer & media strategy are top of mind.
  • Driving & growing relations across PR & influencers alongside assigned markets, PR agencies support.
  • Provide 360 marketing support and tools to the markets as needed.



Requirements:

  • A Degree in Business or Marketing, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or marketing.
  • Excel & PowerPoint proficient.
  • Strong brand building experience, ability to work in dynamic & fast paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills, ability to grasp numbers, proactive, digital savvy and a self-starter mindset entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • High interest to learn about new analytics trends.
  • Exceptional relationship-builder & natural communicator.
  • Fluent in English, additional fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus.
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Good business insights to the industry with strong business acumen.
  • Well-groomed, confident and independent individual.
