Fashion Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement:
• Provide one-on-one consultations to brides, understanding their needs, preferences, and vision for their wedding day.
• Guide clients through the bridal gown selection process, offering expert advice on fit, style, and customization options.
• Foster a warm and welcoming environment to create a luxurious and stress-free shopping experience.
• Product Knowledge:
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of UNDRESSED’s bridal collections, including fabric options, silhouettes, and customizations.
• Stay updated on the latest bridal fashion trends and provide insights to clients on new arrivals and exclusive designs.
• Educate brides on gown care, alteration timelines, and post-purchase services.
• Sales and Relationship Building:
• Achieve individual sales goals while contributing to the overall success of the team.
• Build lasting relationships with clients through follow-ups and personalized communication to ensure a memorable experience.
• Collaborate with the in-house design and alterations teams to ensure that the client's vision is flawlessly executed.
• Brand Ambassador:
• Represent UNDRESSED at bridal events, trunk shows, and fashion expos.
• Actively promote the brand's values and offerings, creating awareness and excitement within the bridal fashion community.
• Work closely with marketing to assist with content creation, photoshoots, and promotional activities when required.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in bridal fashion, luxury retail, or personal styling.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships with a focus on personalized service.
• A passion for bridal fashion with a keen eye for detail, trends, and craftsmanship.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a results-driven environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
• Flexibility to work weekends and attend bridal events.
• Familiarity with bridal fittings, alterations, and garment construction is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
