Japanese Fashion - Retail Supervisor

Requirements:

• Interest in or passion for Japanese fashion and youth culture.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role, preferably in fashion.
• Good English communication skills. Others are adding value.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to support sales goals and performance targets.
• Experience in inventory management and stock control.
• Ability to assist with creating visually appealing product displays and maintaining store presentation.
• Basic understanding of social media marketing (preferred but not required).
• Experience in assisting with staff scheduling and attendance reporting.
• Familiarity with sales forecasting, stock analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist in leading, training, and motivating the sales team to meet sales targets.
• Help manage inventory levels and ensure products are well-stocked.
• Contribute to the development of visual merchandising strategies.
• Monitor and report on sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Handle transactions, process payments, and assist with returns or exchanges.
• Support the store’s social media presence through engaging content (if applicable).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
• Assist in managing staff schedules and ensure accurate attendance tracking.
• Provide operational support, including sales and stock reporting.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
