Are you an experienced Digital Account Servicing with a strong business acumen and good understanding of digital, social and new technology?
You will be responsible for managing existing clients and developing new business for an A.I-powered Unified Messaging platform (across Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram, LINE etc).
This role will be based in Malaysia and it is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong client management experience, creating excellent customer experiences and wants to take the next step in their career in a fast-growing high tech A.I Company based in Singapore, focusing in Business Messaging solution, Marketing automation and Conversational Commerce.
Responsibilities
- Deliver proactive account management by providing business solutions to clients.
- Identify cross sell and upsell opportunities to existing clients, as well as creating strategies to win new clients.
- Fully understand the client’s business objectives and make commercial proposals with input from other relevant teams and achieve order completion by negotiation and deal closing tactics.
- Present products and services to clients and prospects.
- Manage a range of social messaging marketing campaigns and chat commerce projects for clients.
- Analyse performance and provide strategy to optimise user interactivity, engagement, conversion and ROI with a focus on commercial results.
Requirements
- A proven track record in at least one other significant career role with client facing experience for handling digital account activities and/or business development
- High level of presentation skills and confidently able to present materials for sales meetings with ability to identify opportunities and progress discussions
- Familiar with customer purchase journey and understanding of user experience will be a plus
- Experience in Marketing Automation/ e-Commerce/ Digital Marketing or Social Media Agency will be a plus
