  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the supply of goods from shops, Roboshop, and customers, ensuring the arrival time of goods and counting the number of arrivals, improving the order fulfillment rate and timely delivery rate.
  • Responsible for supervision and management of daily operation of the warehouse, KPI assessment, handling of abnormal situations, development and implementation of improvement plans, prevention of malicious inventory, and analysis and reporting of various data such as turnover rate, storage rate, breakage rate, etc.
  • Follow up and handle customs clearance-related matters in a timely manner, analyze data during transportation and delivery to identify bottlenecks and other problems.
  • To ensure the balance of supply and demand and to achieve the various task targets of the department, to develop improvement strategies, and to optimize processes and system functions.
  • All other duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in supply chain management, logistics, or business-related.
  • Proven experience in supply chain, or in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Possesses a tenacious sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on a schedule that meets the business needs, including nights, evenings and weekends.
  • Willing to travel around and possess own transport.
  • Strong self-driving force.
  • Mandarin as the working language, with English or Malay as a second language. Proficiency in both is required.
