Role Summary:

The Project Lead plays a crucial role to be able to manage the delivery of medium to large HR project implementation using Agile methodologies, collaborating with key stakeholders within the group of companies, and manage scope and risks. Drives Profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery. To proactively drive/support HR activities through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, including configuration, integrations, testing, and deployment.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Mentor a team of technical consultants and developers, providing guidance and support on technical aspects.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project.
  • Stay current on the latest Workday updates and advancements and share knowledge with the team.
  • Implement change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition to the system.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous process improvement.
  • Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.
  • Participate in the development and execution of the Organization HR roadmap and strategy.

Requirements:

• A degree in the related job field.

• At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.

• Proven experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
