Job descriptionThe Sales Promoter’s to be rotating around Lighting & Electrical Engineering stores with job duties typically include attracting new customers to a brand, sharing knowledge of the products and answering customers’ questions.
- To promote new products to instore retailer & staff
- Attracting walk in customers instore and product sharing
- Assisting with product launches and events
- Improving knowledge of the product range
- Answering questions and addressing customer concerns
- Actively engaging with customers
- To collect contractor database for future marketing info sharing.
- Arrange instore merchandise to look tidy and attractive to customers
- Provide product selection guidance to customers
- Submit report on customers’ interest levels, questions asked, products sold, etc
Job requirementA successful Sales Promoter candidate will possess several prerequisite skills and qualifications to complete their job duties. These include:
- Verbal communication, conversationalist
- Self-motivated, takes proactive approach
- Memorization, to share product knowledge and details
- Outgoing personality
- Have and be able to use a smartphone for digital communication
- Organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license or another reliable mode of transportation
- Willing to travel to designated locations (rotating basis)
- Matured personality and able to handle contractors instore
- Age : 20 – 50yrs old
- Preferably male, females are welcome prepared to work in men environment
- Language : Chinese/ Mandarin, Bahasa & English. Chinese Dialect will be good to have.
