Overview: As a Senior Sales and Marketing Executive at Tat Lian Enterprise, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving sales for our premium handmade peanut candy products. You will lead the sales and marketing strategies, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and contribute to the growth and success of the company.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, markets, and channels for distribution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, retailers, distributors, and partners.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team to ensure effective execution of strategies and goals.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to align marketing strategies with product enhancements or launches.
  • Create compelling marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and advertising strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, marketing campaigns, and KPIs to the management team regularly.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of at least 5-7 years in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the food or confectionery industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive business decisions.
  • Creativity in designing effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, marketing analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changes quickly.

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS

  • RM3,000 – RM3,500 of basic salary (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification)
