Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the KOL Specialist team to develop and execute effective influencer marketing strategies.
  • Analyze and identify optimal content promotion trends to drive brand awareness, attract new users, and increase sales.
  • Manage the full cycle of influencer marketing, from identifying suitable KOLs/Influencers to negotiating partnerships, creating briefs, reviewing drafts, and analyzing performance.
  • Oversee campaign execution, ensuring content quality and consistency with brand guidelines across all platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to align influencer marketing campaigns with business goals and forecast growth and ROI.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key celebrities, mega influencers, and strategic KOLs.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns based on data insights, ensuring continuous improvement and achievement of set KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices to maintain the brand’s competitive edge.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Brand Marketing, KOL/Influencer Marketing, or Digital Marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in beauty brand promotion or deep knowledge of the beauty and skincare industry is preferred.
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay, both spoken and written.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • A strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of the latest trends and marketing innovations.
