Responsibilities:
- To maintain electrical & instrument equipment reliability and operability by implement regular preventative and predictive maintenance
- To plan day to day activities and implement preventative, time-based, condition monitoring and breakdown maintenance in order to maintain equipment reliability and plant operability
- To provide technical support and coordinate with vendors, contractors and consultants for any upgrading, new projects and other assigned work
- To analyze and perform root cause analysis on instruments failure
- Be an active member in daily scheduled meeting
- To attend emergency calls related to plant / equipment failure
- To analyze and recommend critical spares for instrument equipment effectively
- To plan, develop and implement training programs
- To maintain documentation and compliance to ISO9001 & OHSAS
- Troubleshoot and reinstate instrument system or equipment operation upon failure
- Plan effectively for replacement / upgrading for equipment / system related to obsoleted spared
Requirements:
- Degree of Electrical & Electronic / Instrumentation & Control from reputable university
- At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good Knowledge & wide exposure in instrumentation code & standard in Electrical, DCS control system & instrumentation
- Good Team Player and willing to work independently
- Pleasant personality, self discipline, highly initiative & able to work in dynamic environment
