Role Overview

As the Total Rewards Lead at Coca-Cola SIMA, your main role is to lead the development and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies. In this pivotal role, you will champion the design and execution of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliant with local regulations, market competitive, and align with our business strategy. Your leadership will be crucial in communicating and implementing these programs across the SIMA organization. You'll be responsible for creating competitive total reward solutions that reflect our business philosophy and support our strategic objectives. This role requires staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to contribute to a compelling and competitive total rewards package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design the total rewards strategy for SIMA, drive programs and policies aligned to the total rewards philosophy and strategy. Collaborate closely with HRDs to communicate the C&B strategy across for more clarity and transparency.
  • Support the development and integration of new and existing rewards programs, policies, and procedures. Ensure it is market competitive, internally equitable, cost-effective, and align the total Rewards strategy.
  • Drive strategy and design programs related to salary benchmarking. Propose strategies and action plans in line with the compensation philosophy.
  • Design and manage the annual variable incentive plans (STIP/LTIP). Design other programs plans for wealth creation and talent retention.
  • Design benefit programs based on the market practices and legal requirements in SIMA.
  • Conduct research and bring in-depth understanding of external best-practices and innovative trends. Apply these insights to enhance Total Rewards programs and technologies.
  • Partner with SIMA HR teams to develop communications strategies and activities designed to educate and inform employees about total rewards.
  • Provide HR Total Rewards data insights using HR data and predictive analytics.
  • Lead special projects related to total rewards for example Compensation Module SF, Local JG to KO JG mapping, etc.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Ideally 8 years of total rewards experience.
  • Proficient in designing HR/Total Rewards reports and dashboards using Tableau or similar BI/HR analytics tools. Serve as the team’s expert in advanced HR analytics, providing meaningful data insights for informed decision-making.
  • In-depth understanding and practical knowledge of compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
  • Ability to navigate effectively in complex, matrixed organizations. Develop strong global, regional, and local relationships, maintaining robust internal networks.
  • Strong analytical, consultative, influencing, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Capable of working through processes, identifying and implementing improvements, and resolving complex issues.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Capable of multitasking to manage multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
