  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries, such as accruals and adjustments.
  • Prepare and ensure timely completion of accounts for weekly, month-end, and financial year-end closings, including aging and listings.
  • Take ownership of accounting and management reports, ensuring deadlines are met with minimal supervision.
  • Submit accounting reports and deliverables in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations, investigating discrepancies and monitoring unusual items.
  • Ensure that deliverables meet Business Unit/client requirements, maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness.
  • Prepare manual journal entries at month-end, ensuring accurate and comprehensive supporting documentation.
  • Perform monthly income tax calculations as needed.
  • Handle assigned ad hoc tasks and projects as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates
  • Diploma/Degree or actively pursuing professional studies in accounting/finance or related fields.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin is a MUST
  • ACCA, MIA, CPA, or equivalent qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory
