Executive – Accounts & Finance

Job Responsibility:

• To prepare, finalise and reporting on monthly and yearly financial statement in accordance to Management's requirement and in compliance to Malaysia Accounting Standard.
• Responsible in product costing calculation in accordance to Management's requirement and monthly stock costing computation.
• Responsible in ensuring monthly suppliers payment and other payments in according to the payment terms.
• Responsible in creating new stock item code and new suppliers account.
• Responsible in reporting on product cost analysis and to ensure the Gross Profit margin set by Management is adhered to any outlet that assigned by management.
• Responsible in submission and dealing with GST / SST from any authority party's assessment arise.
• Responsible in co-ordination, preparation and finalisation on Company Annual Budget.
• Responsible in preparing budgeted cash flow based on Annual Budget.
• Responsible in liaising and resolving matters related to audit, tax and secretarial.
• Responsible in develop and maintaining all Finance & Accounts Department policies from time to time basis.
• Responsible in co-ordination stock take exercise and improving the stock control system from time to time.
• Responsible in handling insurance matters such as to ensure Company risk is adequately cover, insurance claim and yearly insurance renewal.
• Ensuring Private & Confidential ethics is practice through-out the employment period whether its disclosed or not.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties or assignment as assigned by the management from time to time.
• Perform any other ad-hoc task as requested by the Company.

Qualification:-

• Degree in Accounting or relevant / Professional Bodies (ACCA) or Partial ACCA.
• At least more than 5 years experience in the related field.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook & SQL Accounting
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
