- Achieve service specifications in the construction industry.
- Execute sales support activities and manage key accounts in Singapore.
- Understand and interpret construction drawings (plans/sections/elevations).
- Design waterproofing details and collaborate with CAD engineers for drawings.
- Provide technical assistance pre- and post-sales at project sites.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and CRM.
- Record customer interactions, complaints, and actions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on sales leads and manage defect lists.
- Arrange site inspections and maintain communication regarding quotations, confirmations, and payments.
- Prepare sales-related reports and assist with quotations/invoices.
- Maintain open communication about unpaid invoices with clients and inform the sales department of overdue payments.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or relevant field.
- Prefer experience in sales/marketing, preferably in waterproofing products/services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with Chinese contractors.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure.
- Must be able to work 5.5 days a week.
