Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager at ULTIMEAT in Shah Alam. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, overseeing advertising and promotional activities, conducting market research, analyzing consumer behavior, and managing the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and growth.

Qualifications
  • Marketing Strategy, Market Research, and Consumer Behavior analysis
  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing plans
  • Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of sustainability and ESG principles in marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the food or biotech industry is a plus
