  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservation Officer at Dorsett Kuala Lumpur. The Reservation Officer will be responsible for handling FIT and group reservations, providing excellent customer service, communicating with guests, driving sales, and other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Experience in hotel reservations or a related field is preferred.
  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Previous experience in front office, or customer service in the hospitality industry are also encouraged to apply.
  • Senior role will be considered for candidate with at least 2 years experience.
