Responsibilities:

  • Reservation Management:
  • Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms.
  • Assist guests in making bookings, modifications, and cancellations as per their requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and guest preferences.
  • Customer Service:
  • Provide prompt and courteous assistance to guests, addressing their inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized service and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Communication and Coordination:
  • Communicate reservation details and special requests to relevant departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize reservation procedures and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation:
  • Promote additional services and amenities to enhance guest experiences and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Monitor reservation trends and occupancy levels to identify opportunities for upselling and revenue optimization.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Assist in administrative tasks related to reservation management, such as preparing reports, processing payments, and maintaining databases.

Qualifications:

  • Skills: Strong communication skills, customer service orientation, attention to detail.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Certifications: Any relevant certifications or training in hospitality management or customer service are beneficial.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
