Job Description

  • Daily Operations Management:
  • Responsible for day-to-day execution and implementation of the e-commerce activities across online channels (product listing, promotion, price change, campaign management).
  • Ensure all products uploads are complete with full description. Track inventory levels and products removal (if necessary).
  • Act as the primary liaison with Key Account Managers (KAM) on various marketplaces, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment on business objectives.
  • Ensure the stock fulfilment to meet customer’s expectation.
  • Conduct regular research on competitors and their trading conditions.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product and logistics, to ensure seamless e-commerce operations and effective execution of business strategies
  • Strategic Planning and Analysis:
  • Develop robust strategies to enhance traffic, conversion rates, and sales across all e-commerce platforms.
  • Plan and assist in the merchandising and promotion campaigns for online channels.
  • Planning for key events such as double day, allocating budgets and shifting them as per sales trends.
  • Performance monitoring and analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including sales data, customer behavior, competitor activities and market trends to optimize store performance.
  • Ads management: Manage platforms advertisements for optimal Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights, trends and actionable recommendations.
  • Web Development
  • Oversee the online store’s design, functionality and performance.
  • Work with web developers and designers to optimize UI/UX
  • Have experience in handling backed CMS: Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce or related field.
  • At least 3 years working experience in e-Commerce.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platform (eg Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce) and plus point for digital marketing tools (eg. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
  • Proven experience in managing e-commerce operations on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data drive decisions.
  • Experience in managing online advertising and achieving high ROAS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross functional teams
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

Monthly Salary range

RM4800 to RM5500
