As a Marketing Executive, you'll collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager, actively contributing to the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans to promote our brand and products. Your role will involve a wide range of marketing activities, including but not limited to market research, product launch and data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve brand objectives and sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive information to inform marketing decisions.
  • Plan, execute, and coordinate events to drive awareness and leads.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product specialist after sales, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Engage with customers through various communication channels to gather feedback and build brand loyalty.
  • Complete any additional duties as requested by the marketing manager or management, including the timely submission of reports.
  • To perform any other duties specified by Top Management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in marketing activities: digital marketing, events, social media etc.
  • Strong written, communication and presentation skills with fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic graphic design applications i.e. Adobe Suite or Canva.
  • Creative with strong problem solving & analytical skills.
  • Self motivated proactive and able to work independently or in team.
