Role Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective operations training programs based on business needs.

Role Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training management within the Retail or F&B Industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal); proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is a plus to communicate with stakeholders across the region.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of learning theories and methodologies, with experience applying them in practice.
- Willingness to travel internationally for training and support activities (up to 50% travel).
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and related technologies.
