Regional Operations Training Manager - SEA

Role Responsibilities:

• Design and implement effective operations training programs based on business needs.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify training requirements and tailor training content accordingly.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and regularly assess their success.
• Establish and maintain a training materials library, ensuring its relevance and timeliness.
• Manage the training budget, ensuring optimal use of resources.
• Guide and develop team members within the training department.
• Collaborate with training departments across different countries to share best practices.

Role Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training management within the Retail or F&B Industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal); proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is a plus to communicate with stakeholders across the region.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Deep understanding of learning theories and methodologies, with experience applying them in practice.
• Willingness to travel internationally for training and support activities (up to 50% travel).
• Familiarity with online learning platforms and related technologies.
