1. Responsible to assist the DOFB and EC for branch Food & Beverages and Kitchen admin, Procurement Logistic, Office Admin, HR, IT, QA, Asset, Corporate Affairs, Finance & Accounts admin functions and to coordinate with relevant internal and external parties. 2. Responsible to assist the DOFB and EC liaise and coordinate Company admin matters / events with relevant bodies and providers / suppliers. This will include but is not limited to government bodies / authorities, accommodation / transportation / attraction / foods and beverage providers, retailers, tour agents and any initiatives. 3. Develops good working relationships with key internal and external contacts, authorities, regulatory bodies, suppliers, vendors, contractors, etc. 4. Responsible to assist the DOFB and EC to source and / or recommend to GPLD and / or QS and / or relevant departments on branch admin related purchases, repairs, contracting supplies, vendors and similar related issues. 5. Responsible for the process improvement and enhancement within the functions. 6. Responsible for ensuring that all standards established are adhered to. 7. Work with other departments to further enhance the profitability of Company. 8. Ensure that all activities under your charge are performed in the most effective and efficient manner. C. Job Task:- 1. Ensure that the Quality System continues to operate in line with:- a) the specified policies and procedures b) the requirements of ISO 2. Responsible for initiating improvements in the Quality System, making proper recommendation, follow-up and taking the necessary action(s). 3. Responsible to assist the DOFB and EC in all branch Food & Beverages and Kitchen HR and admin related matters. 4. Responsible to assist the DOFB and EC for the full spectrum of branch Food & Beverages and Kitchen HR functions which include but is not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefits, disciplinary issues, DI, training and IR matters, etc 5. Responsible to assist the DOFB and EC to ensure ongoing motivation and training of all employees. Assess, train and motivate employees in order to maximize productivity. 6. Responsible to assist the DOFB and EC to monitor and ensure proper filing for all documents files and other important documents under your charge. 7. Responsible to prepares timely and accurate required reports. 8. Ensure that all matters requiring follow-ups are initiated. Alert DOFB and EC on non- compliance. 9. Administrator for fax, emails, documents, ERP and communication. 10. Responsible to check and verify F&B and Kitchen payroll related data which includes payroll summary, allowance report incentive report, OT report and OT summary. 11. Develop good working relationships with key internal and external contact. 12. Keep abreast on latest industry developments and timely update Management accordingly. 13. Set an example of honestly and professionalism inside and outside of the Company. 14.
