We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead complex SAP system initiatives, including migrations, technical upgrades, roll-outs, and company code implementations. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing the Project Management Office (PMO) across multiple disciplines and be adept at producing and reviewing technical project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead SAP System Projects: Manage end-to-end projects such as SAP system migrations, technical upgrades, roll-outs, and company code implementations.

PMO Leadership:

  • Oversee the PMO, focusing on at least three key areas:
  • Project Technical Documentation
  • Project Tracking & Monitoring
  • Project Finance Management
  • Resource and Manpower Allocation
  • Organizing Project Meetings and Secretariat Activities

Technical Documentation:

  • Write, prepare, and review essential project technical documents including:
  • Business Blueprints
  • Design Documents
  • Migration Strategies
  • Testing Strategies
  • Cutover Strategies

Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives and on-time delivery.

Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure project success.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication between all stakeholders and smooth project execution.

Budget Management: Monitor project finances, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to the project budget.

Qualifications

Technical Skills: Strong expertise in writing and reviewing Business Blueprints, Design Documents, and Strategy documents (Migration, Testing, Cutover).

Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications preferred.

Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in technical documentation and stakeholder management.
