How do i turn this on?

  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Scope

  • Overall, fully in-charge of Company's FRS115/Reporting Package/Journal/Account Payable/Sales Order/Other related transaction in NIF
  • Prepare Sales Commission
  • Prepare monthly Balance Sheet Schedule
  • Monitor Fixed Asset and Foreign Currency revaluation
  • Perform monthly Intercompany confirmation
  • Assist in yearly audit and tax queries
  • Assist in yearly budget data preparation and monthly forecast
  • Provide support to any required audit sample
  • Prepare monthly and ad hoc journal entry
  • Assist in any new system implementation and reconciliation
  • Prepare monthly Reporting Package
  • Prepare quarterly note for accounting
  • Prepare compliance checklist
  • Assist in any ad hoc duties/tasks as assign

Job Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Finance or Accounting
  • Junior to mid-junior level with 1 - 2 years of experiences in Finance and Accounting
  • Strong analytical and reconciliation skill
  • Fast learner
  • Strong in Microsoft skill, especially in Microsoft Excel
  • Responsible, hardworking and willing to work overtime (if required)
