Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Legal Team as a whole
- Collating and marking up contracts for signing, including e-signing through DocuSign
- Monitor and action various email inboxes
- Create and maintain various registers
- Closing and archiving files
- Assisting both internal and external stakeholders with general legal inquiries
- Saving completed documents to file
- Contract review and checking
- Drafting correspondence
- Performing company searches
- Assisting with overflow store transaction work
- Entering data into various spreadsheets for record keeping, reporting and analysis
- Registering, varying and discharging security interests
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders by email and telephone
- Adhoc requests
Requirements:
- Experience in a corporate environment and ability to liaise and deal with multiple different stakeholders
- Shows initiative, has a can-do attitude and is self-motivated
- Process Improvement Skills
- Great with time management and prioritisation
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint
- Accurate and fast data entry
- Highly professional in person, on email and the telephone
- Strong organisational skills
- Be able to work well in a team and independently
- Be focused and perform well under pressure and with a fast paced and high workload
- Be friendly and a positive contributor to the team
- Be excited and prepared to learn and develop professionally.
