- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense claims accurately.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports as required.
- Maintain accurate records of client and supplier accounts.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Support the senior accounting team with audits and financial reviews.
- Handle administrative tasks related to the finance department.
- Minimum SPM or IGCSE qualification or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and processes.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Auto Count) is an advantage.
- Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Strong numerical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
