Job Description (Subjected to Changes):

  • Responsible for the office administrative and operations. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage various administrative tasks, including general office management, monthly utility payments, and provisions for office supplies.
  • Maintain and upkeep Insurance records and renewals, with prompt highlight at least 2 months before its expiry
  • Coordinate office repairs and maintenance.
  • Prepare and provide assistance when Management arranges a business trip to JB
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Provide assistance with company vehicle maintenance and support the administration of overtime and claims
  • Any other adhoc administrative duties

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least Diploma/Graduate Diploma in Business Administrative or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of experience as an office admin, office assistant, or any relevant role
  • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal skills and consider yourself a people person
  • Demonstrated efficiency in managing multiple tasks, adhering to deadlines and priorities, as well as effective organisation skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment independently with minimal supervision
  • Organised, meticulous and detail-oriented, proactive and highly initiative.

Additional Information

  • Applicant must be willing to work in our JB Office (Mount Austin Perdana)
  • Shortlisted applicant will be required to attempt some assessment tests as part of our recruitment process, either before or after the second interview.
  • Candidates are hereby informed that they will be offered on yearly renewable for 2 years before conversion to permanent role.
