- Support the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures. Assist employees with policy-related queries and ensure clear communication.
- Compose and manage HR documents, including memos, notices, letters, and forms, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Verify payroll reports and analyze payroll trends, supporting informed decision-making for management.
- Maintain accurate records of all claims activities, identify patterns, and assist in developing new claims processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations by staying updated on legislative changes and addressing legal concerns as they arise.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee records in compliance with data protection regulations, covering personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.
- Manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates.
- Oversee the full spectrum of foreign worker-related matters, ensuring compliance with policies and statutory requirements, liaising with government agencies for approvals and renewals, and managing data, permits, and insurance administration. Act as a liaison between the company and government agencies such as Immigration, JTK, and other authorities, handling work permit renewals, FOMEMA, insurance, and more.
- Design and implement training programs focused on skill development, leadership growth, and career progression within the organization.
- Oversee HRDC affairs, including managing training grant applications and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
- Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in a HR role.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software.
