  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee records in compliance with data protection regulations, covering personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.
  • Manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates.
  • Oversee the full spectrum of foreign worker-related matters, ensuring compliance with policies and statutory requirements, liaising with government agencies for approvals and renewals, and managing data, permits, and insurance administration. Act as a liaison between the company and government agencies such as Immigration, JTK, and other authorities, handling work permit renewals, FOMEMA, insurance, and more.
  • Design and implement training programs focused on skill development, leadership growth, and career progression within the organization.
  • Oversee HRDC affairs, including managing training grant applications and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in a HR role.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software.
