Senior Executive, Raw Material Planning

Responsible for the planning activities of raw and packing materials to meet production requirement at accepted required quality & quantity.

Key Accountabilities:

• Overseeing and coordinating the purchasing of raw and packaging materials to support the production plan
• Periodically monitor and review the opening stock prior PO issuance for ingredients, packaging material and finish goods to ensure within the targeted day of inventory/ stock holding days
• Close monitoring of the vendor delivery schedule to avoid any supply interruption to the production schedule
• Coordinate FNDDs demand and supply requirement and to ensure stock availability and timely dispatch
• Coordinate and manage the material phase in & phase out according to the project timeline.
• SAP master data housekeeping are maintained as and when required.
• Quality non-conformance – liaison with QA on estimated release, salvaging method and recovery plan.
• Vendor performance review in Joget system.
• Perform quarterly stock count activities
