Join our dynamic sales team as a Business Development Executive and drive growth for FastJobs and FastGig in Malaysia. You'll build strong relationships with clients, effectively communicate our value propositions, and close deals to achieve sales targets.

What You'll Do:

  • Prospect for potential clients through various channels
  • Conduct market research to identify target industries
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the Malaysian market
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth sales processes
  • Utilise CRM software to manage sales pipeline and customer data

Who You Are:

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in sales
  • Have a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Have experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
  • A results-oriented self-starter with a proven track record in sales
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Have a deep understanding of the Malaysian business landscape and market trends
  • Knowledge of the recruitment and staffing industry is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
  • Are adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Demonstrate resilience and persistence in overcoming challenges
