Position : Senior Key Account Executive

(Kota Kemuning (Shah Alam) based)

Responsibilities:

• Service existing customers within industries such as coatings, inks, and construction.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand market shares, ensuring profitability within company guidelines.
• Plan and execute effective sales strategies to maximize output.
• Monitor customer requirements and gather market intelligence for analysis.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams including R&D and customer service to align with sales goals.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
• Achieve set sales targets and KPIs in alignment with company objectives.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Malaysia to meet customers and grow the business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Science, or related field.
• At least 3–6 years of experience in sales, particularly within the chemicals, paint, coatings, or related industries.
• Strong communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and a team player.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Possess a valid driving license.
• Willing to travel as and when required.
