  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive at UBASE Asia in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for tasks such as hiring, communication, recruiting, and employer branding to support the company's recruitment needs.

Job Description

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Determine selection criteria
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Negotiate offers with candidates to close gaps in the recruitment process.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in a centralized organization.
  • Must be enthusiastic, proactive, energetic, adaptable, and a self-starter.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Must have general experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Requires critical thinking skills, superior organizational skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work independently.
