  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Assist in month-end closing activities related to product costing.
  • Maintain timely update of system product cost per cost standards and comply to product costing policy.
  • Timely prepare of operation reporting, transfer pricing and actual cost
  • Prepare periodical reporting for costing variance for manufacturing/trading entities.
  • Monitor Bill of Materials (BOM) and liaise with production team and technical team.
  • Assist in monitoring inventory movement and analyse the stock discrepancies.
  • Prepare stock variance report and oversee the stock count team.
  • To monitor monthly reconciliation stock, closing reports, analyse variance reports and ensure periodical review.
  • To ensure SST/SSB daily/weekly/monthly computation are correctly performed, reconciled and payment made on time.
  • Assist in preparation of budget for manufacturing/trading costing related.
  • Perform any other related duties or ad-hoc assignment as and when requested by the superior

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Costing Accounting
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Familiar with ERP system will be advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point
  • Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Responsible and reliable, able to work independently, committed and meet deadlines.
  • Fast learner and with eager to learn attitude.
