Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and respond to chat inquiries from Thai-speaking customers.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting, order tracking, and other service inquiries.
- Record customer interactions and transactions, ensuring all issues are documented clearly.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Strive to meet individual and team performance targets, including customer satisfaction scores and response time metrics.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Thai and proficient in English.
- Proven experience in a customer service role (preferably with inbound call and chat support).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
