Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Thai and proficient in English.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role (preferably with inbound call and chat support).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
